Aims The aim of this course is to ensure that you, the student, develop a comprehensive understanding of the health and safety principles, facial anatomy, and physiology relevant to AesPLLA treatments. This manual provides in-depth coverage of the treatment background and science of AesPLLA, its benefits, client consultation and assessment, contraindications, possible adverse reactions (contra-actions), aftercare, and the equipment and products required to safely and effectively perform the procedure. Practical injection techniques will be delivered during the hands-on training session to ensure competency and confidence in treatment delivery. Objectives By the end of the course, you will be able to perform an AesPLLA treatment in a professional, safe, and hygienic manner, within a commercially acceptable timeframe. You will demonstrate competence in conducting thorough client consultations, including appropriate patient selection and informed consent, and apply a clear understanding of the treatment background, benefits, contraindications, possible adverse reactions, aftercare requirements, equipment, and products necessary for safe practice.
